Brad Hardie MCC, TICC, MPNLP, CTP

Brad Hardie is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), trauma-informed educator, ICF Mentor Coach, and Co-Founder of Moving the Human Spirit (MTHS). He is internationally recognized for his work in trauma-informed coaching, leadership development, and personal transformation.
With extensive training in trauma counselling, neuroscience, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), emotional intelligence, CBT, and DBT, Brad has spent years equipping coaches, leaders, and helping professionals with practical tools to support healing, resilience, and healthy relationships. His approach combines professional expertise with a deep passion for helping people understand the impact of trauma and move forward with confidence and purpose.
As Director of Education at MTHS, Brad has trained and mentored individuals from diverse backgrounds around the world. Through his teaching, coaching, and advocacy, he continues to promote trauma-informed practices that empower people, strengthen communities, and create lasting positive change.
Samuel Pender
President
Samuel A. Pender is a Certified Master Facilitator, Christian Counsellor, and Trauma-Informed Coach, trained and licensed by leading international institutions including the Trauma Healing Institute (USA), Spirit Broad Theological Seminary (USA), and Moving the Human Spirit (Canada). He is widely recognised for his expertise in trauma recovery, emotional intelligence, relationship development, and transformational leadership.
As a Trauma-Care Consultant, Counsellor, and Relationship Coach, Samuel is deeply committed to restoring hope, healing, and dignity to wounded lives. He serves as the Director of Studies at the School of Trauma-Informed Managers, a respected institute that has trained and equipped over 1,000 facilitators and counsellors who are making meaningful impact across various communities.
In his capacity as the National President of the Association of Trauma Healing Facilitators (ASTHEF), he leads a mission-driven organisation focused on delivering psychosocial and emotional support to individuals affected by trauma, regardless of gender, background, or belief system.
Through strategic outreach initiatives such as the Self Emotional Empowerment Programme (SEEP)—focused on building resilience among students—and the Community Awareness Programme (CAP)—aimed at increasing trauma-care awareness—Samuel and his team have impacted over 10,000 students and reached multiple communities. His weekly trauma-care radio broadcast has also inspired over one million listeners.
A dynamic and highly sought-after speaker, Samuel has engaged a wide range of audiences including military personnel, clergy, entrepreneurs, educators, students, and community leaders. His sessions deliver practical tools for emotional healing, conflict resolution, and personal growth, creating lasting transformation in churches, schools, corporate organisations, government institutions, and rural communities.
He is also an accomplished author, with bestselling titles such as Get Better, Not Bitter, Don’t Manage Your Marriage, and Make a Mark. His writings blend spiritual depth with practical insight, equipping readers to turn pain into purpose and live intentionally.

Toyin Clay Pender
National Programme Coordinator
Toyin Clay Pender is a certified Facilitator and a trauma-informed Coach, trained and licensed by the Trauma Healing Institute, USA and Moving the Human Spirit, Canada.
A Trauma-Care Consultant, Counsellor, and Relationship Coach, She is a Facilitator with the School of Trauma-informed Managers and the National Programme Coordinator, Association of Trauma Healing Facilitators, ASTHEF Nigeria.
As a trauma-informed coach, she is dedicated to providing compassionate support and guidance to individuals navigating the complexities of trauma and its aftermath.
Her approach emphasises empathy, empowerment, and resilience, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for healing and growth.
Akande Arinola Iyabowale
Ogun State Coordinator
AKANDE ARINOLA IYABOWALE is a certified Trauma Healing Facilitator by the Association of Trauma Healing Facilitators, Nigeria (ASTHEF), a certified Trauma-informed Coach by Moving The Human Spirit (MTHS), CANADA.
She holds a Masters of Public Administration and Bachelor degree in Nursing science both from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), a Diploma in Social Development from University of Lagos, Nursing Education from School of Nursing, Lagos University Teaching Hospital and Midwifery Education from School of Midwifery, Methodist General Hospital Ama- Achara, Abia state.
She served in the Lagos State Ministry of Trade Industry and Cooperative, Oluyoro Catholic Hospital Oke-Ofa Ibadan, and other private clinics, then, at the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, where she gained more Nursing and Administrative experience till retirement in 2018.
She is currently the Ogun State Coordinator for Association of Trauma Healing Facilitators (ASTHEF).
She combines Biblical and mental resources into effective intervention that fosters healing and restores relationship with God and others.
Having gone through widowhood twice, she is determined to see that widows that are grieving and traumatised come out of the experience, rise above their challenges with proper counsel of trained people and get back to life, better empowered.
Matthew Olusola Adeleke
Lagos State Coordinator
Matthew Olusola ADELEKE, is a Missionary Pastor, Trauma-Informed Coach, Trainer and Realtor.
He is a graduate of Economics from Lagos State University, Lagos, Nigeria and has M.A. in Religion and Leadership Management from University of Leadership and Sound Doctrine, ULS USA.
He is a certified Trauma-Informed Coach by Moving the Human Spirit, Canada and School of Trauma Informed Managers, Lagos, Nigeria. He is also a Certified Trauma Healing Facilitator by Trauma Healing Institute, USA.
He holds Mental Health Care UK Levels 2 & 3 from La Plage Meta verse, Accredited CPD and OFC and has a Diploma in Peace And Security Management from Triune Biblical University Global Extension USA.
He is the CEO of Mind Healing Initiatives and S3W CONSULTS.
He is married to Atinuke Adeleke and they are blessed with three wonderful champions.
Daramola Liberty Samuel

Daramola Kolawole Liberty Samuel, a child of God and minister of the Gospel, holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from Lagos State University, an Ordinary National Diploma in Banking and Finance from Lagos Polytechnic, an Advanced Diploma in Theology from The Redeemed Christian Bible College, Certification in Transformational Ministry Leadership Course from Empowerment College, US, Certified Missionary from Living Tools Missionary Training Centre, Nigeria, a Merit award in Christian Leadership Course from Global School Of Ministry, UK, a Certified Trauma Healing Facilitator by The Association of Trauma Healing Facilitators, Nigeria (ASTHEF), a Certified Trauma Healing Facilitator in Basic Trauma Healing by Trauma Healing Institute, US, a certification in Trauma-Informed Coach by Moving The Human Spirit(MTHS) Canada.
As a Missionary presently serving in Ondo State, he is the National Coordinator of The Apostolic Age Covenant Network Mission, State Coordinator of PromisePath Project in Ondo State.
He is also the State Coordinator of Association of Trauma Healing Facilitators (ASTHEF) Ondo State Chapter.
His purpose is serving to restore hope back to the neglected in the society by opening up opportunities to be on same platform with the privileged both in their mental minds and purpose driven grace.
Having gone through drug addiction at a tender age, from 5years old for about 8years, he is determined to see the street children becoming heroes of good citizens and great leaders of the society; from zero to hero!
